New Abilities:
Voodoo Veil - While active, decreases all threat caused by 20%. Instant cast, no mana, lasts 30 minutes. Self only.
Voodoo Visage - While active, increases all threat caused by 20%. Instant cast, no mana, lasts 30 minutes. Self only.
Neither of these spells on are on the GCD, so you can macro Visage->Frost Shock->Veil.
-Added mana efficiency tools to elemental.
-Added damage buffs (group and self) to elemental
-Added PVP viability to elemental.
-Added lots of PVP related buffs to Enhancement. Some of the "CC resist" talents might be overpowered. RIDE THE LIGHTNING!
-Made changes to deep enhancement to help make 2 handers more viable. DW is still better for pve dps.
-Resto gets a really nice raid buff and a really nice raid debuff.
-"Pulse rate" talent in resto, game changing for shamans.
-Dispel resist talent, mainly for Earth Shield.
