Increased Brambles damage.
Changed Imp FF to Imp Barkskin.
Changed Moonkin...alot.
Added WotLK balance talents.

Feral:
Feral charge has had its rage cost reduced to zero, but its cooldown increased to 20 seconds. Feral charge is now castable in Cat Form and Moonkin Form as well.
Significantly buffed Primal Tenacity.
Changed Naturing Instincts to new 2.4 notes.

Resto:
Buffed Imp Mark.
Buffed Imp Tranq.
Changed Natural Perfection for 2.4 notes.
Increased cooldown on Swiftmend to 20 seconds.
