How can I load the blizzard talent Trees?
Press the [Default] button on the right side of the toolbar. Do note that this will overwrite your current trees.

Can I change the backgrounds and/or names of the talent trees?
Currently its not possible to change the background/tree names. This might be added later on.

I did not receive the activation e-mail?
There is no such mail. Once created an account is active right away.

Where can I find my profile page?
Click on your username in the upper right after logging in.

I saved a talent tree, but lost the ID. Can you find it back?
All trees that you posted since 18/8/2007 can be found by logging into your account, and searching for them through the search (You can also open your profile page and click "My Trees" there).

Can I recover my tree from before 18/8/2007?
Yes, to do this fill out the form at the Contact Us page. Make sure to list as much details of the tree as you can remember (the author name, class, etc.). After this we will search the tree in the database and send you a personal e-mail containing any matching ID's. (So make sure your account can receive e-mails!

I lost my password, can I recover it?
Currently its not possible, but we are working on forgot password feature that will allow you to use your e-mail address to recover your password.

I lost my password, but didn't use my E-Mail address when signing up. Can I recover it?
No, passwords that have been lost on accounts without an e-mail address can (and will) not be recovered. Any requests we receive about this will be ignored.

When is the next feature of Unleashed Gaming - WoW: Tools coming out?
When we are happy with its quality.

The icon sorting makes no sense!
They are sorted to how blizzard named them. In the future we intend to improve the usability of the "Pick Icon" pages, but its a huge task to adjust over 3500 icons.

Can I edit a tree I made ?
Yes, to do so, log in using your Unleashed Gaming account and then navigate to the tree you wish to edit. You will find 2 new buttons, edit and delete.

I deleted a tree, but I want it back. Can it be recovered?
No. Once deleted, a tree is gone for good. We can NOT recover it for you.
